Need to outsource the blogging for your real estate business?
Hey, there new internet friend! My name is Nicole and small business owners outsource their blogs to me. You might be wondering about the benefits of blogging for your real estate business but you are faced with the reality that you simply do not have the time, desire, or know how to get it done.
That’s usually where I step in! My clients come to me when they want to up-level their business, increase their digital presence, and get found on Google through organic blogging.
I work with them one on one to produce keyword-rich, SEO-optimized, relevant content on at least a weekly basis. And yes, sometimes twice a week depending on their business goals!
Blogging is so much more than writing words for your website!
It’s a positioning tool for how your business works within your industry. It’s a way to reach and educate your potential clients. And, most importantly of all, it’s a way to reach and convert new clients!
All of that can seem overwhelming, especially if your blog has just been sitting on your never-ending to-do list from week to week. Where do you get started? And how do you prioritize your content? This is where I like to start by having a quick chat with my clients. The thing is, when business owners are asked about their business they light up with passion! You’d be surprised how many details we can put together for your blog just from that initial call.
Heres an inside look at my process!
From there, I like to outline which day of the week your blog posts should plan to go live. This has to be one of the biggest questions that I get from my clients. And, truth be told, it really doesn’t matter which day of the week you publish your blog content. As long as you are consistently publishing content on a weekly basis and you are not stuck in a stop/start cycle. I always like to point out that the day of the week we choose to publish your blog content should fall in line with your social media calendar in order to make a nice cyclical marketing plan for your business.
After that, I get started on the back end of things researching your best keywords and your competitors. Yep, I spy on them all! I need to see what we are up against in order to get your blog posts head and shoulders above the crowd in your location-based market.
From there, depending on the package you’ve chosen for your business, I will produce 300 – 500 words of copy for your blog posts. Including all of the aforementioned optimization, and image titles, tags, formatting, and internal/external links. All of which play a vital role in the overall performance of your blog content!
Once your blog post is live, you’ll receive an email from me requesting your review. At that point, if my clients have any requests for edits (I typically allow up to 3 per post) we will hammer them out together.
